KITCHEN MEASUREMENT GUIDE

You don’t need to have everything worked out before getting started.

A simple sketch of your space is the perfect place to begin. It helps us understand the room, the layout you have in mind and the cabinetry involved, so we can prepare an initial estimate that’s in the right ballpark.

01

Kitchen Outline

Sketch the outline of your room from above, including any appliances or an island you have in mind.

Tips

  • For taller units, it helps to draw them laid flat so we can easily understand the height difference.

  • If no height is noted, we’ll assume standard worktop height units at 905mm.

02

Cabinet + Appliances

Next, add your preferred cabinetry layout. Including any design ideas you’d like to incorporate.

Tips

  • For drawer units, please indicate how many drawers you’d like in each cabinet.

  • Make note of any special features, such as deeper units, custom units, mantles, etc

03

Measurements

Finally, add the width (in mm) of each cabinet to your sketch, noting any non-standard depths or heights as you go.

Tips

  • Unsure about certain features? That’s absolutely fine, we can help with those.

  • If you have a build timeline or schedule, please include it when sending your drawings.

04

Send images

Architect drawings, design plans, Pinterest boards or photographs of the space are all useful.

Tips

  • Photos of unusual areas and clear images of spaces can help.

  • A short video walkthrough is also a great way for us to understand your space.
